What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage in your browser, which can remember settings or preferences without using a traditional cookie file.

What we use on this site today

SheerForm is a pre-launch website focused on brand information, education and early access waitlist signups. At present we use a limited set of technologies:

• Essential preference storage: when you accept or decline cookies on our banner, your choice is stored locally in your browser (local storage) so we do not keep asking on every visit.
• Basic website operation: standard technical processes needed to deliver pages securely through our hosting platform.
• Analytics cookies (with consent): if you accept analytics cookies on our banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the site is used. GA4 is not loaded if you decline.

Google Tag Manager (GTM) and advertising cookies are not currently used on this site.

Waitlist signups and Klaviyo

When you join the early access waitlist, your details are sent securely from our website to Klaviyo, which we use to manage waitlist records and send related emails such as welcome messages and launch updates. This happens through a server-side integration rather than by loading Klaviyo marketing or onsite tracking scripts on the public website at present.

Because of that, joining the waitlist should not, by itself, place Klaviyo tracking cookies on your device through this website. Emails sent via Klaviyo may contain links or standard email engagement features; those are covered more fully in our Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics (GA4)

When you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated information about pages visited and general site usage. This helps us understand interest in SheerForm during the pre-launch phase. Google may set cookies or use similar technologies as part of this service. You can read more in Google's Privacy Policy.

Other technologies we may use in future

As SheerForm moves closer to launch, we may introduce additional technologies, which could include:

• tag management tools such as Google Tag Manager;
• marketing or advertising technologies, if we decide they are appropriate.

If we add further non-essential cookies or similar tracking, we will update this notice and give you meaningful choices before those technologies are activated.

Managing your choices

You can use our cookie banner to accept or decline analytics cookies. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 will load and page views may be recorded. If you decline, GA4 will not load.

You can also manage or delete cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Clearing storage may reset your cookie preference and cause the banner to appear again.

Third-party content

Some pages may link to third-party websites such as social networks. Those sites may use their own cookies if you visit them. We do not control third-party cookies and recommend reviewing the relevant provider's policies.

Changes to this notice

We may update this cookie notice as the website, product launch or services develop, including if analytics, marketing tools or ecommerce features are introduced. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do.
