SheerForm ("we", "us", "our") is a pre-launch scalp skincare brand. This website is currently used to introduce SheerForm, share educational content, and collect early access waitlist interest. We do not sell products through this website, take payments, or offer user accounts at this time.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Waitlist signups: first name, email address, optional scalp concern and shaving frequency, early access interest, and whether you have agreed to marketing communications.
• Contact enquiries: name, email address, enquiry type, message content, and confirmation that you agree to us handling your enquiry.
• Technical information: basic server and security logs that may include IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. We may also record which page a waitlist signup came from where that information is available.

How we use your data

We use personal data to:

• manage early access waitlist signups and related communications;
• send launch updates, welcome messages and other marketing emails where you have agreed to receive them;

Klaviyo and service providers

We use Klaviyo, an email marketing and customer platform, to store waitlist details and send related emails such as welcome messages and launch updates. When you join the waitlist, relevant information you provide is sent securely from our website to Klaviyo on our instructions.

Klaviyo processes this data as our service provider. Their handling of personal data is governed by their own terms and privacy documentation. We choose providers we consider appropriate for a UK-facing pre-launch brand, but we do not control their systems directly.

Our website currently connects to Klaviyo server-side for waitlist signups. We have not enabled Klaviyo marketing or onsite tracking scripts on the public website at this stage unless that changes and this policy is updated.

Marketing emails and unsubscribe

If you agree to marketing communications when joining the waitlist, we may email you about SheerForm news, early access and product launch updates. You can change your mind at any time.

Marketing emails should include an unsubscribe link or similar option. You can also contact us at info@sheerform.co.uk to ask us to stop marketing emails. Unsubscribing from marketing should not affect any essential service messages we may need to send in connection with a specific enquiry, where permitted by law.

Contact form

The contact form lets you reach us with questions or feedback. We treat contact information carefully and use it only to respond to your enquiry unless you have agreed otherwise.

Analytics and cookies

We use a cookie consent banner and store your preference locally in your browser. Google Analytics 4 is only loaded if you accept analytics cookies. Google Tag Manager and advertising tools are not currently used on this site. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including managing the waitlist, sending launch communications, responding to enquiries, and meeting legal, accounting or operational requirements. Retention periods may change as the business moves closer to launch.

International transfers

Some service providers we use, including Klaviyo, may process or store data outside the UK. Where this happens, we aim to use appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law where required.

Your rights
